What a sitting costs in Kuching

Prices are for the sitting and the letter, not for a seat in software. If the room is larger or bilingual, we say so before we start.

A full social app audit starts at RM 6,800. That covers ten working days, two sittings, the written readout, and the follow-up letter. A second audience (for example a parent track beside a student track) is quoted as an addition, often RM 2,400 to RM 3,600, because the evening logs double.

Standing monthly reviews are RM 1,450 per month on a three-month minimum, billed before each sitting. Missed sittings with less than two working days’ notice are still billed; we can move the hour inside the same week if the reviewer is free.

Campaign week readouts start at RM 3,200. Festival periods in Kuching (Gawai week, year-end school holidays) may add a wait, not a surcharge.

Side-by-side room studies are quoted from RM 9,400 after we have seen both rooms’ access notes.

We do not sell monthly software seats. Travel inside Kuching is included. A sitting on the peninsula is quoted as extra travel days. Deposits are thirty percent to hold a start week; the rest is due when the final letter is sent. If a host cannot grant access after we have begun, work already read is billed by day at RM 1,100.
