How we hold the names you send

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, sitting type, optional date, app or room name, and your message. During a sitting we may hold host names, role titles, and notes you dictate. We do not ask for identity-card numbers or payment-card details on this site.

Why we hold it

We use enquiry details to reply, to schedule, and to issue letters and invoices. We use sitting notes to write the readout you asked for and to answer the two-week follow-up. Cookie choices are stored on your device as described on the cookies page.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after twelve months. Letters, invoices, and sitting notes are kept for seven years for accounting and professional record in Malaysia, then destroyed or anonymised. You may ask for a copy or a correction while we still hold the file.

Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia. Deleting a live sitting file may mean we cannot finish the letter; we will say so before we delete.

Transfers

Our mailbox and site host may store copies outside Malaysia. We only use processors who agree to keep the information for the sitting and the site, not for their own marketing. We do not sell lists of hosts.

Children

Sittings are for adult caretakers. If a campus room includes minors, we read only what hosts lawfully share and we do not interview students under 18.
