Refunds
Deposits, pauses, and money returned
These rules apply to social app audits, standing reviews, campaign readouts, and side-by-side studies. We do not sell goods, software seats, or shipped products.
Eligibility
A deposit (thirty percent to hold a start week) is returned in full if we cancel, or if you cancel in writing more than ten working days before the opening sitting. Inside ten working days the deposit is kept, because the reviewer week is already blocked.
Fees for work already started are not returned for days already read. If you pause because access was not granted, those days are billed at RM 1,100 and any unused remainder of a prepaid fee is returned.
Standing monthly reviews: a sitting cancelled with at least two working days’ notice can be moved inside the same calendar month. Later cancellations are billed. Unused months on a three-month minimum are not refunded if you end the rhythm early, except where we cannot offer a reviewer.
Full or partial
Full refunds apply only to unused deposits under the ten-day rule, or to fees paid for a sitting we cannot staff. Partial refunds apply to prepaid audits when we have not yet used all ten days and both sides agree to stop.
Non-refundable
Second-reader time already spent, travel days already taken to the peninsula, and the evening-log template once delivered are not refunded.
Process and time
Write to hello@sitecanvaspath.click with the sitting date and why you are asking. We confirm within five working days. Approved sums return by the same method you paid, usually within fifteen working days after confirmation.
No-shows and rescheduling
If no host attends an agreed sitting and we cannot reach you that morning, the sitting is treated as delivered. Rescheduling with two working days’ notice is free once; further moves may shift the end date of an audit.
Exceptions
If illness or a declared disaster in Sarawak prevents a Kuching sitting, we move it without penalty. If the app changes ownership mid-audit, we pause; money for unread days can be returned or held for a restart within three months.
