Standing monthly review
A recurring ninety-minute sitting to read the last month of returns, mutes, and comment weather with the same hosts.
Standing reviews suit rooms that already survived a full audit and now need a lighter rhythm. We keep the same notebook: which alerts were muted, whether the Friday thread still had the same eight voices, and whether a new sticker tray buried the reply box.
The sitting is ninety minutes. You bring last month’s host log and two screens you are unsure about. We bring a short comparison to the previous letter. The output is a two-page note, not a new audit.
This sitting does not include a second-language pass or a competitor room. If a campaign week lands in the same month, use the campaign readout instead so the two stories do not blur.
